GW-CIBER Professional Development Funding Request - 2008 - 2009

We are pleased to invite all GW faculty and doctoral students to submit funding requests to the GW Center for International Business Education & Research (GW-CIBER) for research and teaching enhancement.

  • Professional Development Funding Background Document
    Contains brief information about our CIBER’s programmatic theme, focal areas, funding selection process, types of support and guidelines.

  • Professional Development Funding Application Form
    This form must be submitted electronically via email (ciber@gwu.edu), fax (202-994-7422), or mail (CIBER, Duquès Hall, Suite 450). Funding is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Executive Summary GW-CIBER Program of Work
    Provides background information about our Center’s activity areas and evaluation criteria, as outlined in our original grant proposal to the Department of Education. Please consult this document prior to preparing your proposal to ensure that your request comports with our funding mandate.

  • FDIB 2008-2009 Directory
    The document contains current information on Faculty Development Programs for 2008-2009. Most CIBERs will also hold additional conferences and workshops on international trade and commerce and business language education. This information is not representative of all the faculty development programs offered by CIBER schools. Please consult http://ciberweb.msu.edu for additional CIBER conferences and programs.
